We are 4 guys from Portsmouth into fast punk music, BMX/Skating and getting wrecked. We are influenced by Fat Wreckchords bands like NOFX, Lagwagon and No Use For A Name, and also the 10 minute freeview at the start of the Fantasy Channel.

The History

Chris formed pop punk school band- The Geek Weasels about 6 years ago. They recorded a CD and did a couple of gigs till 'Mary-Jane' walked into the bass players life. He then became too lazy to play and the drummer shortly afterwards traded in his drum-kit for a piece of wood with four wheels on. 4 years later, with evolved guitar skills and a passion for faster punk music, Chris met Ben at college and introduced him to NOFX and the 200B.P.M. drum beat. Ben was doubtful that he could play at such speeds, but was up for the challenge. Dave, an old school buddy and a follower of The Geek Weasels then joined on bass. They looked for a good singer but could not find one so they had to put up with Dean. They called themselves SPITROAST, if you wanna know what it means just ask your mum.
